Dr. Minich will be speaking at the 2019 BANT Conference on March 23, 2019.

Along with strategies for dietary diversity, Dr Deanna Minich will present an overview of nutritional needs for children based on current scientific research and functional nutrition principles, including a review of various nutrients for good health through out the life stages. The clinical importance and recent science of toxic burden will be emphasized, considering it is one of the greatest limitations to fertility and causes of endocrine disruption. Child-friendly ways to decrease exposure and to enhance elimination of these toxicities will be explained from both scientific and clinical perspectives.

Dr Deanna Minich will further extend her presentation to the Functional Medicine Lifestyle approach to pediatric health and discuss physical activity, stress and stress management, relationships, salient aspects of trauma, PTSD, and how these factors influence health, eating, and living behaviors.
