30: Eating with Your Whole Self

Some people eat based on their body, others have a strong emotional connection with food, while still others may be mentally entangled in their thoughts about how to eat. Each of these single, solo approaches is not necessarily complete on their own. Based on my own eating journey, I came to realize that most people have a fragmented relationship with food, and what we really crave is to bring our whole self in a united manner into the everyday of eating. In this podcast, I talk about the 7 aspects of our whole self and how we can bring more of them into our daily dietary decisions.

    This really resonates with me and is something I myself has come to value in my own life because I feel that it is so important to be emotionally connected with your body in relationship to food.
